The Akron-Summit County Public Library in Akron, Ohio is offering Lit Loot boxes for students in grades 4-12. Each box contains two library books and free goodies. The contents of the box vary by location, theme, and availability. Students can sign up for the themed box service on the library's website at akronlibrary.org/lit-loot.

To use the Lit Loot Box, students follow these steps:

1. Receive two library books that fit the month's theme.

2. Keep all of the goodies that come with the box, as they are yours to keep.

3. When done with the books, place them in the blue bag provided and return them to the library.

4. Repeat the process when receiving a new box and remember to fill out a survey to receive a future box.
