Cayuga County Health Department recently participated in the Conservation Field Days organized by the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District. The event was held to educate students from local schools about environmental health topics.

On the previous day, students from William H. Seward Elementary School, Owasco Elementary School, and Southern Cayuga learned about mosquito and tick prevention. The Health Department also showcased various initiatives aimed at protecting environmental health.

The Health Department is set to engage with students from Herman Avenue Elementary School and Union Springs on the following day.
