Cayuga Community Health Network Offers Wellness Program

Cayuga Community Health Network is hosting a program titled "Move Your Way," which runs from September 24 to October 15. The sessions will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auburn YMCA in Auburn, New York.
The program is designed to help participants enhance their wellness journey and is led by Wellness Coaches from the Cayuga Community Health Network. Participants have the option to attend the program independently or alongside the Y F.I.R.S.T program.
The fee to participate in "Move Your Way" is $20.
