**Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Springport Man for Grand Larceny**

On September 6, 2024, Donald L. Harvey Jr., a 56-year-old resident of Springport, NY, was arrested by the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office and charged with Grand Larceny 4th. The arrest followed an investigation into a larceny reported on September 3, 2024.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the victim had purchased an Audi sedan from Harvey. The victim later took the vehicle back for brake maintenance but did not receive it back. Investigators found that Harvey had resold the car to another individual without having the right to do so, as he was no longer the owner.

Harvey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Springport Court on September 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
